Mp4 video problem and avi itunes with iphone?
ive been trying to add mp4 movies on my itunes library and ive gotten to add 5 movies on my library but not the last mp4 movie. I've heard that the file name length has to do with it, but i've got curious case of bejamin button movie in my library. Now if that's not a long enough name, i don't know what is. Haha, and I've been trying to add avi files to my library too but it doesn't show up! I'm running itunes 9.2 with iphone 3gs (8gb) syncing to it. I just got an iphone yesterday, as well as the itunes. I just downloaded itunes yesterday. I've never worked with itunes before this so please if your going to explain a solution please do it in detail so that I can understand how to work out my problem. Please and thank you!
How i added movie files is
file -> add file to library -> select file -> open
please help me with this problem!
